COMPUTER HARDWARE & ELECTRONICS RETURN POLICY: Computer hardware may be returned up to (7) seven calendar days under the following conditions: - Unopened stock computer hardware may be returned within (7) seven calendar days for a full refund with a valid receipt. -A 20% restocking fee will apply on all opened returned items. - Opened product must be returned undamaged, include all packaging materials, and be in resalable condition. - Credit given only on Store Gift Card. Special or Build-to-Order Computers may be returned up to (7) seven calendar days from the date of purchase with a valid receipt and are subject to the following restocking fees. Some exclusions may apply: - Unopened Box 20%. Opened Box 25%. Opened product must be returned undamaged, include all packaging materials, and be in resalable condition. - Build-to-Order or custom computer orders that are cancelled after shipping from the manufacturer are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Computer hardware & electronics cannot be returned after (7) seven calendar days from date of purchase. - Computer upgrades and clearance hardware CANNOT be returned or exchanged. - Defective products may be exchanged for the same product within (7) seven calendar days. - Opened consumables of any kind CANNOT be returned. This includes printer cartridges, computer media, and some software. - Defective computer hardware & electronics will be repaired or replaced at our discretion up to (7) seven calendar days from date of purchase. After (7) seven calendar days, defective computer hardware and electronics are subject to the manufacturerÕs warranty. SOFTWARE RETURN POLICY: Computer software may be returned up to (7) calendar days from the date of purchase under the following conditions, other exclusions may apply: - Unopened stock software may be returned within (7) calendar days from the date of purchase for a full refund. - Open copies of “active registration”* software CANNOT be returned for a refund. These products may be exchanged if found to be damaged or defective. Active registration software includes, but is not limited to, Microsoftxp products. Please see a sales associate for additional information. - A 20% restocking fee will apply on all opened returned items.
